Your support makes it possible for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod to:
- Provide highly skilled care, regardless of patient ability to pay, to patients in their homes, in assisted living facilities, hospitals and in, the Mary McCarthy House hospice residence.
- Deliver treatments and services to alleviate pain, which are very costly and often exceed the amount reimbursed by Medicare or insurers.
- Keep on the leading edge with today’s rapidly changing medical advances.
- Offer the Grief Support Center which includes Kids Grieve Too!® for children coping with tragic and accidental deaths and Community Bereavement Groups for adults dealing with grief or loss. These resources are available to the entire community.
- Continue the extraordinary care for which H&PCCC has been known since 1981.
Your help provides the crucial support necessary to close the gap between the amount of reimbursement and the cost of care for some 800 patients and families each year. You ensure that H&PCCC serves as an ongoing resource to residents of Cape Cod and surrounding communities.
At whatever level you choose to give, your help is very much appreciated and effectively used.
