The Tree of Memories offers a way to remember loved ones during the holiday season and support the mission of Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod.

Sixteen trees from Wareham to Provincetown are decorated with scallop shell ornaments that are inscribed with the name of a loved one. Remembrance ceremonies are held at each tree and attended by hundreds of families and friends who come to hear the each name on the tree read and share a special moment of remembrance during the busy holiday season.
This year we are pleased to have TD Banknorth as the Premier Sponsor of the Tree of Memories. The bank will also pitch in to provide 16 teams of volunteers who will set up and take down each one of our special trees this coming December.
Special thanks also go to Steven and Deidre Burke of Acorn Landscaping, Agway of Orleans and the following towns and businesses that help ensure our Tree of Memories stay lit during the season.
