Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod prides itself on being Cape Cod’s local community hospice. As a non-profit organization, in fact, as the only independent non-profit hospice provider on Cape Cod, we depend on your community support.

We accept donations from many sources - individuals, foundations and corporations. Some wish to support an important community resource for Cape residents. Many give in honor or memory of a friend or family member. Others wish to show appreciation for services received.

A memorial gift or honorarium is a caring way to remember family members and friends. Memorial donations provide essential funds for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod to enhance the quality of life for patients and families facing serious illness or loss. Thinking of Donating Your Vehicle?

You can donate a vehicle to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod online at Donate For Charity or you may call them toll free at 866.392.4483. By donating your vehicle you will be making a vital contribution to H&PCCC and will avoid the headache of selling a used vehicle.

H&PCCC receives 70% – 80% of the net proceeds, depending on the sale value of the vehicles.
