Computer Training Technician

Under the supervision of IT Manager, analyzes training needs; develops and conducts training for computer users; takes calls from end users, resolving issues regarding software and hardware. Keeps up to date with system modifications, software updates, and new software programs. Training may take the form of orientation, workshops, group training, and/or one to one training.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science field
- Prior experience in education or training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in user or customer support
- Prior experience with clinical software, preferably Suncoast Solutions
- Ability to explain technical materials to less technically proficient users
- Knowledge of computer software to include Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Under the supervision of the Clinical Team Manager, is responsible for implementation and evaluation of the Hospice program of spiritual care in the context of Inter-Disciplinary Team. Provides leadership in the assessment of patient/family spiritual needs. Visits with patient/family in the home or extended care facility. Acts as a resource to staff and volunteers regarding spiritual issues.

- Masters degree from an accredited program in theology and/or spiritual/ pastoral care ministry
- At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education
- Ordination preferred
- Computer literate

Serves as primary sales representative to existing and potential customer base. Working in the field, proactively identifies and builds long-term, professional relationships with all healthcare providers and community agencies to increase understanding, access to and utilization of our services. Responsible for increasing referral volume; creates and delivers marketing, educational, and consultative programs in Cape and Plymouth region. |
- Direct sales experience required - in healthcare preferred
- Effective public speaking, written, and oral communication skills
- Knowlege of hospice and palliative care philosophies and practices preferred

After-Hours RN position
on-call / 4 shifts per week
midnight to 8am
|
Working in the After-Hours program, responds to calls from Triage RN to deliver service to current patients. Assesses patient's status based on the physiological, psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional needs presented. Implements the plan of care under the direction of the attending physician, Using laptop computer, enters data into electronic medical record. |
