Director of Referrals & Admissions Full-time	Working in the Hyannis office, oversees the day-to-day operations and assignments of Referral Center Staff.  Assists in the generation of referrals and the conversion of all inquiries and referrals to admissions.  Integral member of the Business Development & Marketing team, working collaboratively to build new relationships with referral sources.  Manages all Referral Center staff.	5 to 7 years professional management experience in diverse clinical settings Demonstrated leadership experience and skills Bachelor's degree required RN preferred
LPN          24hours/week     with benefits 7pm to 7am shift Sun. & Mon.	Working at the 10-bed McCarthy Care Center, under the direction of an RN, performs selected nursing care to patients.  Assists the RN with preparation, implemen-tation, documentation, and continuing evaluation of the skilled nursing plan of care.  Documents in electronic medical record.	Currently licensed as LPN  in MA Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care and hospice benefit preferred Excellent assessment skills Computer literate CPR certified within 30 days
