What is Hospice Care through Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod?
At Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod, we provide a variety of services, including hospice care, pediatric palliative care, grief support, Kids Grieve Too!®, short-term patient stabilization and symptom control care at The McCarthy Care Center, community outreach presentations and clinical in-service training programs.
Hospice care is:
